Here's a few more pictures from the new studio. I painted some chalk boards around on the walls in various places. I had never used the chalk board paint before, it is so much fun. Now I want to try the magnetic paint, but I will have to save that for another day.

I got to do some sewing yesterday. I have been wanting to make a bag for quite awhile now. It was just making the time to do so that was the problem. This bag went together so smoothly and on the first try! That rarely happens when I am sewing. I am considering turning it into a pattern, what do you think? I am back from my week of taking it easy. My surgery went as well as it could go. The nodule was removed and there is no cancer. I will have a scar across my neck but a beaded necklace will cover it just fine. Thank you so much for all your well wishes and comments last week. It meant a lot to me.
